What Data We Collect

Gmail emails: Read-only access to detect when prospects reply to your email sequences
Email sending: Permission to send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account
Contact information: Contact data from your connected HubSpot CRM
Profile information: Your email address and basic profile information from Google

How We Use Your Data

Send email sequences: Send the automated email campaigns you create and approve
Reply detection: Monitor your Gmail inbox to automatically stop sequences when prospects reply
Contact synchronization: Sync contact data and update properties in your HubSpot CRM
Lead routing: Automatically assign new leads to your team members

Data Storage & Security

Secure storage: All data is stored securely in Supabase with encryption at rest
OAuth tokens: Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored securely
Email content: Email content is stored temporarily for sequence queuing and delivery
Access control: Your data is isolated and only accessible to your account

Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data:

Disconnect Gmail: Go to Settings → Connection → Disconnect Gmail
Revoke access from Google: Visit Google Account Permissions
Account deletion: Contact privacy@hubbridge.com to delete your account and all associated data

We delete all stored tokens and email data within 24 hours of disconnection.

Third-Party Access

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Gmail and HubSpot access is used exclusively for:

Sending emails you explicitly create and approve
Detecting replies to automated sequences to prevent spam
Syncing contact data with your HubSpot account

CAN-SPAM Act: All emails include sender identification and unsubscribe options
GDPR: Data processing is based on legitimate interest and consent
